At this time of year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on what we have accomplished during this past year. It would be an understatement to say we have had our share of challenges and change in 2015. I want to express our sincere appreciation for your patience as we renew our focus on providing our clients with industry leading IT solutions. These changes will provide a stronger, more streamlined Caffeinated consulting experience and will promote a best in class relationship with our clients.

Over the past several weeks, the Caffeinated team has been working tirelessly to lay the foundation for a more robust service offering, and enable us to provide you with exceptional technical expertise. As the next step in executing this strategy, we offer the following:

• We will be adding a customer service oriented Systems Administrator, using our newly established hiring practice. This new headcount will be vetted diligently, with increased supervision from our Chief Technical Officer.
• We are proud to welcome Cori Roth as VP Operations to the Caffeinated team. Cori is responsible for Caffeinated’s core functions including business transformation, cost effective operations, leadership and change management initiatives. Cori has a proven track record of operational expertise spanning 25 years, with more than 10 years in corporate Oil and Gas organizations such as Petro-Canada, Suncor, TransCanada, Talisman, and most recently Encana. Before her time in the energy industry, she worked for organizations such as Edmonton Eskimos, Wardrop Engineering, Tyco, Oracle, Deloitte and Royal LePage Commercial.
• We are also pleased to appoint Jason Roth as Chief Technical Officer of the Caffeinated team. Most of you have already met Jason as your go-to guy for technical expertise. As we grow our organization, Jason will transition into the senior role, responsible for developing the overall technological vision for the company. Jason will be driving Operational Excellence through customer service, technical proficiency, and collaboration. Jason has over 15 years’ technical experience, ranging from organizations such as Royal LePage Commercial, Metis Nation of Ontario, and Tecc Systems. Most recently, he has spent 10 years in the Oil and Gas sector, working with service providers including Global Energy Services, Schlumberger, Divestco, and Sanjel.

I am excited as we look forward to 2016. I believe the focused plan we are developing will bring Caffeinated in line with customer expectations, and put Caffeinated on track to be the leading managed services provider that you can count on for results. Again, I thank you for your patience during this transition and wish you a happy holiday season.
