Chestermere Utilities Incorporated (CUI) provides water, storm and wastewater, sewer, garbage and recycling services for the residents in the City of Chestermere. Information technology is paramount to their operations to keep track of and manage tasks, billing, customer service, and communications.
CUI’s IT Was In Trouble.
CUI was the victim of poor process. They lacked adequate communication capabilities and proper hardware life cycle. Plus they had absolutely no documentation from their previous IT vendor.
