Key Accountabilities
- Generate new business development (cold calling)
- Consultative sales approach to understand prospects needs, and can show the value Caffeinated brings to them
- Ensures a successful installation of new accounts and smooth transition to the service team.
- Weekly visits to existing clients to remain updated on their IT requirements and provide relationship pulse checks
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is achieved to assist in client retention and market expansion
- Gather information on compounding needs, close sales and forecast future requirements
Education Requirements and Skills
- Self-motivated and possess the ability to work on their own and as part of a team
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Effective organization, time management and interpersonal skills
- Be familiar with or possess experience in conducting a B2B sales transactions from start to finish
- Knowledge of remote management monitoring, disaster recovery services, Levels I and II support, network and internet performance monitoring tools
- Able to sell strategic planning and budgeting services (vCIO service offering)
- Comfortable working in a small but growing office
- Adaptable to fast changing scenarios
- Class 5 driver’s license and own car required
