Trouble In Paradise

Prior to our entrance, H2O had received poor service from their IT provider. The system that the provider attempted to setup was botched at best, their response times were very poor, and virus infections had caused issues with H2O’s clients over the course of the relationship.

On top of this, the H2O team was in the process of migrating from the cloud (O365) to their own onsite server. Some of their additional issues included:
